As a professional licensed social worker, my mission is creating a calm therapeutic and supportive environment promoting emotional wellness, positivity, and hope. Clients can expect to develop a better understanding of themselves through guided discovery, journaling, cognitive reframing, and role playing. My approach to treatment planning is to incorporate cultural sensitivity with a variety of therapeutic models including but not limited to; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Therapy.
