I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and that therapy offers a supportive space to gain perspective, process difficult emotions, and increase self-awareness. My goal is to work collaboratively with each person to help them move toward the goals that matter most to them.
I work with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotional or physical abuse, and significant life transitions. I am committed to providing trauma-informed care for every individual and honoring each person’s lived experience.
I use a holistic, evidence-based approach that incorporates CBT, mindfulness practices, and EMDR to support long-term healing and recovery. I believe that all individuals are capable of growth and that my role is to walk alongside them throughout their healing journey.
To me, the therapeutic relationship is both collaborative and deeply meaningful. Showing up authentically allows me to create a safe, trusting space where clients feel understood and supported.
